Vandaag zijn we langs de Big Ben gelopen op weg naar Buckinham Palace (op de achtergrond van de foto)

en vandaar uit naar Oxford Street (grote winkel straat).

Onderstaand een foto’tje van mijn kamer.

Links naast de voordeur is mijn kamer, links daarvan de woonkamer. Aan de achterkant is de keuken, toilet en douche en de kamer van mijn huisgenoot. Binnenkort meer fotos van de achtertuin en de rest van het huis.

Last Monday I had one day to spend in London, so I went to Waterloo station and decided to walk and see from there. Of course I misjudged the size of London and decided to walk to the Tower Bridge which was about 7 km further. I arrived there with sore feet I forgot to make a picture! I lost my way when I wanted to walk to Liverpool Station to take the train to Stansted Airport.

At least I have a picture of the Big Ben:

Below is the main entrance to the Kingston University. I hope it’s the right building!

Finally I found a room in the UK. Unfortunately no pictures yet, but that will be coming soon.

Located just outside of Kingston, it’s a ten minute drive by bike to the University.
