Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope and Acceptance of the GTC

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") apply to all sales of products by Imar van Riet Photography (hereinafter "we"), on our website www.imar.nl. They are accessible at any time on our site and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.

2. Products

We sell photographic art prints and digital products. The main characteristics of the products and their respective prices are made available on the site. The photographs and graphics presented on the site are not contractual and cannot engage our responsibility.

3. Orders

The customer places an order on the site. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

4. Price and Payment

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC). Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can make payment by credit card, VISA, MasterCard, Apple PAY, APEX, or Shop Pay. The card is debited at the time of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's residence address, a person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or refunds except in the case of a defective product or damaged during transport. If this happens, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of the product and the refund or replacement of the product.

8. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law, without taking into account the principles of conflicts of laws. In the event of a dispute or claim, the consumer will first contact us to obtain an amicable solution.

Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best photographic artworks and digital products. However, we understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our return policy.

Art Print Returns

If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to report any issues with your order.

To make a return, you'll need to send us an email with your order details and a clear description of the problem. Photos of the damage may also be needed.

We commit to sending you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be made.

Digital products

Given the digital nature of these products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible. We encourage you to read the description carefully and ask us any questions before purchasing.
